Federal Work Study and Campus Employment

Federal Work Study (FWS)

This federal program, makes on-campus jobs available to students with demonstrated financial need. The earnings are not credited to student accounts, but are paid directly to the student each month. Students must follow financial aid application procedures to apply and qualify for FWS. 

Campus Employment 

The University employs a large number of full-time students and pays them from its own resources. Students who are not eligible for FWS awards may apply for employment under this program.

How to Apply

All jobs must be viewed online. You can search vacancies, read job descriptions, and complete the application process at: www.marymountjobs.com.

At the bottom of the main screen, click the bottom box labeled, “STUDENT EMPLOYMENT POSTINGS”. Search results will appear. To view the full job posting and details, click "VIEW" under any Job Title that interests you. Click "APPLY FOR THIS POSTING" and follow instructions to create an application.
